Photochromic Lens
Photochromic lens darkens on exposure to light of sufficiently high frequency. In the absence of activating light, the lenses return to their clear state or light yellow color depending on style.
In other words, this type of lens start out clear but turn dark, or our premium mirror coated color in bright sunlight. Then when you go back indoors (or stand in the shade or get in a car), they turn clear or light yellow again.
