RETURN POLICY

Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM PST by email at service@xpowereyewear.com.

X Power wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, which is why we offer a 30-day return period on all XPOWER EYEWEAR.COM orders.

Please refer to your X Power Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails to find your Order ID to process your return. 

If you receive sunglasses different from what you ordered or they are defective, please contact our customer service team at service@xpowereyewear.com within 7 business days of receiving your order, then it’s not deducted from the replacement program’s two claims.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on expedited orders are nonrefundable

  • For International orders including, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other US territories outside of the US, the customer is responsible for the all shipping costs.

 

TO CREATE A RETURN:

  1. Fill out the form and select the topic 'Return & Refund'
  1. For U.S. customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise
  1. Your credit card will be refunded when merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed during holidays.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • To file a claim for a damaged or defective product, please email service@xpowereyewear.com and include:              
    • Proof of Purchase
    • Registration Number
    • A description of the defect
    • Photos showing the defective product
    • Shipping the glasses back to us
      (After contacting us we’ll provide
      a shipping label and a RMA Number)

Any orders placed through Amazon, please follow Amazon's return instructions.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned within 30 days unworn, undamaged, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

  • All returns will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file.
  • Return timeframe starts from your original purchase date.
  • X Power is NOT liable for any items lost during transit.
  • International orders including, Puerto Rico, Canada and all other US territories outside of the US, customer are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Please allow 30 days for credit to clear once received.
  • If refund is initiated and original payment is no longer available, then store credit will be issued.
  • Return policy subject to change without notice.
