RETURN POLICY
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Inspection & Partial Refunds
Every return undergoes a manual quality inspection.
Please note: If a return is received with missing components (cases, cloths, or accessories), X Power reserves the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return entirely based on the condition of the arrival.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Automatic Credits: Once approved, a refund is automatically applied to your original form of payment. A credit memo will be emailed to you immediately for your records.
Resolution Time: Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to reflect in your account once the item is received at our facility.
Payment Availability: If the original payment method is no longer active, a refund will be issued as store credit.
Logistics & Liabilities
Shipping: Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Risk: X Power is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
International & Territories: Customers in Puerto Rico, Canada, and all territories outside the continental US are responsible for all return shipping costs and tracking management.

To file a claim for a damaged or defective product, please email service@xpowereyewear.com or message us using the online chat and include:

- Registration Number
- A description of the defect
- Photos showing the defective product
- Shipping the glasses back to us
(After contacting us we’ll provide
a shipping label and a RMA Number)
