LIMITED LIFETIME MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Thank you for purchasing from X Power. X Power wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased. All X Power Eyewear comes with our Limited Lifetime Manufacturer warranty.  To activate it you need to apply for a registration number within 14 days from the date of purchase. Warranty claims will not be processed without a valid registered warranty number and valid proof of purchase. If your claim does not qualify under manufacturer defects and falls under normal wear and tear, please see our X Power Customer Loyalty Replacement Program.

If your claim is within 30 days of the original date of purchase

We require:

Proof of Purchase

Registration Number

Picture of the glasses

Shipping the glasses back to us
(After contacting us we’ll provide
a shipping label and a RMA Number)

Our 30 day worry-free warranty ensures that your glasses can be refunded to the original method of purchase within 30 days of us receiving the glasses.  All items must be returned within 30 days unworn, undamaged, and contains all original tags and packaging.

Our limited lifetime manufacturer warranty will cover all manufacturer defects (not normal wear and tear), we will exchange your glasses (for the same pair) for you at no cost!

If your glasses are out of stock or no longer being sold, X Power will offer glasses of the same value for replacement. This warranty is limited to one claim per purchase.

 

 

X Power Customer Loyalty Replacement Program

After the initial 30 days of purchase we offer a discounted replacement program.

We require:

Proof of Purchase

Registration Number

Shipping the glasses back to us
(After contacting us we’ll provide a RMA Number)

The replacement costs are listed below:

  • Photochromic - the replacement cost is $50.00 (Free Shipping)
  • Polarized - the replacement cost is $35.00 (Free Shipping)
  • XL Casuals - the replacement cost is $27.50 (Free Shipping
  • All others - the replacement cost is $20.00 (Free Shipping)
  • If it’s outside of the continental 48 states, shipping charges will apply.

Our replacement program will only replace your glasses with the exact same pair (Lens/Frame/etc.), however if your glasses are out of stock or no longer being sold, X Power will offer glasses of the same value for replacement. This replacement program is limited to two claims per purchase.

 

TO FILE A WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT CLAIM:

Please email X Power Customer Service at service@xpowereyewear.com to file your claim.

Please include:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Registration Number
  • Contact information

Once received, an X Power customer service team member will reach out to help you through the process within 7 business days. Thank you again for choosing X Power!

Note: If you do not respond to the replacement claim within 30 days of the initial correspondence we will require a new submission of a new replacement application and additional approval.

 

How to start a warranty repair or replacement?

Contact us with your proof of purchase, reference number of product registration, contact information, and image(s) of the damaged product.  We will respond with the next step.

 

How long does the whole process take?

Our customer service team will contact you within 7 business days via email or preferred contact method if requested.  Depending on the problem, our customer service representative will guide you for every step of the way to assure a swift and easy process.
