Double-Injection Molding Process
Standard casual sunglasses are often brittle. We utilize Double Injection molding, fusing hard polycarbonate and soft anti-slip materials at a molecular level. This eliminates the need for screws and small parts that can fail under pressure.
We exclusively use Lupoy Polycarbonate resin. This material is 250x stronger than glass and 30x stronger than standard acrylic, making our frames virtually unbreakable during high-intensity activities.
High-Wrap Comfort & Fit
Protection is only effective if the glasses stay on your face. We offer both 6-base curve designs for a casual look and 8-base curve wrap-around styles for maximum peripheral protection. Our anti-slip nose pads and temples ensure a secure fit even when you're sweating.
Polarized & Photochromic Options
Our Polarized Polycarbonate lenses go beyond impact resistance. They feature high-quality films that block 100% of UV rays and eliminate blinding glare from water or road surfaces. For those moving between indoor and outdoor sites, our Photochromic Safety Lenses transition automatically from clear to dark tint in seconds.
